BMIA Rental Policy:

1. The BMIA building is not a multi-purpose facility such as the Dominique Johnson Center, The Country Lakes Clubhouse and the Nesbit Center
2. The BMIA building is a BANQUET Facility which shall be available for rent solely for the uses specifically identified in this policy.
3. The BMIA building shall NOT be available for rent for general meetings except that the BMIA Association shall be permitted to hold such meetings.
4. The BMIA building shall not be available for rent for fundraising dances.
5. the BMIA Building shall be available for rent for passive fundraising activities such as Silent Auctions, food & drink fundraising, bingo and similar use, as determined by the Director of Recreation and Senior Services, or the Director's designee.
6. The Department of Recreation and Senior Services reserve the right to limit weekend use of the BMIA building for special event bookings.
